CONFERENCE FORMAT:
HYBRID* The conference will be both IN-PERSON and LIVE STREAM/VIRTUAL format, to allow for MAXIMUM participation of NET patients across Canada.
Registration to attend the conference is FREE of charge to NET Patients, Caregivers, and Families.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering for the IN-PERSON event, the hotel requires minimum numbers for the IN-PERSON event including the meals.
