A NATIONAL COLLABORATION OF NURSES & DIETICIANS IN NEUROENDOCRINE CANCER
CNETS conducted a national survey to identify the needs of nurses and dieticians on neuroendocrine cancer in Canada. Based on the survey,
ISSUE: The availabilities and expertise of nurses and dieticians on neuroendocrine cancer are not consistent across Canada.
A collaboration of nurses and dieticians on neuroendocrine cancer will provide:
1. Peer to peer support
2. Enhance knowledge & expertise
3. Promote standard of care & best practices
4. Improvement in quality of care & quality of life
VIRTUAL SUMMIT
The first Virtual Summit is the outcome of the CNETS national survey, to assess the need and interest for a national collaboration of Nurses and Dieticians in Canada who provide care to people affected by neuroendocrine cancer, and who have an interest in their care.
