NET PATIENT CONFERENCE LOGISTICS

CONFERENCE FORMAT

The conference will be both IN-PERSON and LIVE STREAM/VIRTUAL format, to allow for MAXIMUM participation of attendees.

REGISTRATION

Registration to attend the conference is FREE of charge to NET Patients, Caregivers, and Families.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering for the IN-PERSON event, the hotel requires minimum numbers for the IN-PERSON event including the meals. If you have registered for in-person attendance, please DO NOT register for live streaming.

A block of rooms has been secured for $155.00 + 12% taxes per night. (Single occupancy/ 1 bed)

PARKING

CNETS will cover the cost of onsite parking for conference attendees.

TRAVEL SUBSIDY

A travel subsidy is only available to Alberta NET patients who live outside of Calgary

All requests for subsidies are made through the online Registration Form.  When completing the form, Alberta NET patients can request the subsidy for accommodation, travel or both. The travel subsidy has no cash value and can be used up to a maximum of $400.00.

Sun, May 25 11 am – 1 pm Tour of the Arthur J.E Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre

Tour will include:

  • 10th floor Radiation Oncology offices
  • 8th floor rooftop patio
  • 5th/6th floor clinics
  • Sacred space in the lobby/ and courtyard
  • Lower courtyard RT floor
  • Quiet room
  • Linear accelerator and review area
