NET PATIENT CONFERENCE LOGISTICS

CONFERENCE FORMAT

The conference will be both IN-PERSON and LIVE STREAM/VIRTUAL format, to allow for MAXIMUM participation of attendees.

REGISTRATION

Registration to attend the conference is FREE of charge to NET Patients, Caregivers, and Families. Funding for the 2026 National NET Patient Conference has been provided through the generous support of our partners and sponsors.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering for the IN-PERSON event, the hotel requires minimum numbers for the IN-PERSON event including the meals.

ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of rooms has been secured at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel & Alt Hotel Ottawa Airport. Please identify if you require overnight accommodations upon registration. 

PARKING

CNETS will cover the cost of onsite parking for conference attendees.

TRAVEL SUBSIDY

A travel subsidy is available to ONTARIO NET Patients who live outside of Ottawa. All requests for subsidies are made through the online Registration Form. When completing the form, NET patients can request the subsidy for accommodation, travel or both. The travel subsidy has no cash value and can be used up to a maximum of $400.00.
